Aside from thinking of what to pack for your trip and the activities to do when you get to your destination, there is one more important thing you have to consider – your health.
You have to take care more of yourself especially when you are away from the comforts of your home. Get to know some health tips when you are on a travel.

- Get to know the delicacies famous in the place you are visiting (these are probably what the locals might recommend you to eat) and know the ingredients. It’s better to know early than suffer from discomfort after you have already eaten them.

- Be careful on what to eat and drink. Avoid eating raw foods.
- Always keep bottled purified water or canned beverages at hand. Don’t drink water or even order beverages with ice from the place you are visiting as it may have negative reaction with your stomach.
